Our Returns and Exchange Policy

  • We are willing to accept any damaged or defective merchandise for Credit or Exchange only. However, it is the customer's responsibility to promptly inspect the merchandise upon receipt to ensure we can efficiently process any Credit/Exchange requests. Any Claims and Damages must be reported via email along with pictures within 10 days from the date of merchandise receipt.
  • Please be aware that we cannot accept returns beyond the 10-day grace period. Additionally, any returns without a VALID RA (Return Authorization) will be deemed unauthorized. RAs are only valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Any items shipped after the RA expiration will be treated as unauthorized returns and will not be eligible for credit or refund. Customers will be responsible for the re-shipping fees for any refused packages.
  • Returns or credits will not be accepted for broken packs or items showing signs of wear and tear.
  • Modifying labels will incur an automatic 15% label change fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and final.
